Name «Skoruta»

The name "Skoruta" likely originates from the anthropobase "Skor-" with the addition of the formative "-uta." It was recorded in 1491, specifically noted in relation to the noble Olekhno Skoruta from the city of Kyiv (SSUM II 349).
