Dragoi is a rare Slavic non-full vocal name derived from the name Drago, which is currently used by Bulgarians and Serbs. This name was brought to Ukraine by the Vlachs in the 14th century. For example, in a Ukrainian document from 1422, a Moldavian boyar named Dragoi is mentioned, and in 1499, there is a record of "the goods of Mr. Dragoi."
