Name «Bohurada»

The name Bohurada has Slavic origins and is the feminine equivalent of the name Bohurad. The last recorded mention of the name Bohurad in Poland dates back to 1388. In Ukraine, the name Bohurada is not commonly documented in modern times; however, in the village of Novoselytsia in the Perechyn district of the Zakarpattia region, there is still a designation of a field area called Bohuradyny. In the genitive case, this name is pronounced as Bohuradyny, and in the local dialect, it is referred to as na Bohuradynakh.
