The earliest mention of the name Raguilo dates back to 1147: Raguilo Dobrynyn, son of the Kyiv boyar, the thousandth (tysyatsky) Volodymyr Mstyslavych. It is possible that the name Raguilo is related to the anthroponymic base Roh.
